The Benefits Assistant provides analytical and technical support in delivering employee benefits programs.Supports administration of health insurance dental insurance vision insurance Virginia Retirement System benefits deferred compensation life insurance and other related benefit programs.

- Handles administration of Family Medical Leave Act FMLA short-term disability long-term disability requiring knowledge understanding federal regulations time requirements.
