Penta Search Group has been engaged by one of our Global Consumer Goods clients to identify a Shipping Supervisor for their facility in West Palm Beach, FL

Leading the shipping and logistics team for the facility you will:

Ensure a quality product is delivered safely, in time and within budget
Identify shipping challenges and find solutions to prevent reoccurrence
Serve as a link between associates and management and support associates through changes.
Assist in developing and monitoring standardized work for direct reports
Hold daily cell meeting and set expectations for the day

You'll have

3-5 years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong written and oral communication and conflict resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire and motivate associates.
Possess or able to learn Lean manufacturing techniques.
