- Assist in preparing meals for campers.
- Work with the cook to supervise the kitchen and complete meal preparation, set-up, and clean-up.
- Assist in keeping kitchen area clean and disinfected by cleaning countertops and refrigerator, and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist in washing dishes and maintaining proper disinfecting procedures.
- Assist in shelving food supplies in appropriate locations.
