    Celtic Languages and Literatures Position Description The Department of Celtic Languages and Literatures seeks applications for a Lecturer in Celtic Studies.

    The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2024. The Lecturer will be teaching four undergraduate courses in the field during the academic year. We are especially interested in applicants who could offer, among other courses, an advanced Modern Irish course or courses. The position is for one year.

    Basic Qualifications Doctorate in Celtic Studies or a related field, is required by the expected start date. Additional Qualifications Demonstrated strong commitment to teaching is desirable.
