    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Visually examine all incoming raw material containers for correct labelling, container damage and broken seals.
    • Inspect all shipments for any sign of pest activity.
    • Examine shipment carefully, compare the packing slip and the Bill of Lading from the carrier.
    • Identify each raw material received with identification labels created from the ERP system, Deacom.
    • Log into Deacom each raw material received based on the Certificate of Analysis document provided by the supplier.
    • Aseptically sample each raw material received based on the properties of the material and assign the proper storage for each raw material.
    • Coordinate with Quality Control lab team on the testing needed for each raw material for release.
    • Collaborate with Warehouse team on any QC pending raw materials to be placed in the designated areas.
    • Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing, R&D and Production department on any rejected materials.
    • Assist in components and label receiving, pulling retains samples etc., as assigned by management.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School graduate with relevant work experience.
    • Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
    • Acute attention to detail.
