    This senior process engineer role will be responsible for managing projects and staff in design of process systems for facilities infrastructure projects in advanced manufacturing and related industries.

    Project work is ongoing through all phases including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration and project close-out.

    System types include process water (Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, Ultrapure Water), waste water treatment (Acid Waste Neutralization, HF Waste Water Treatment, Copper Waste Water Treatment), various water reclaim systems, UHP Chemical delivery and distribution, Waste Chem Collection and Transfer, UHP Spec Gas delivery and distribution, and Process Mechanical Systems (Acid and Base Exhaust, Organic Exhaust, Bulk Gasses, Process Cooling Water).Communicate and coordinate with clients, multi-discipline teams, contractorsBuild our team by recruiting, mentoring, assisting project teams, assist in leading process engineering teams as neededChampion technical growth in our engineering teamsAssist in developing business plans to facilitate strategic growth forecastProvide feedback on project documents to aid in communication and decision making; create or direct others in the creation of additional documents as needed.

    Perform or oversee performance of engineering calculationsConceptualize process system requirements and communicate overall system design using block flow diagrams or other means as neededReview and markup P&IDs, equipment and piping plan drawingsCreate or provide feedback on reports for engineering studies, Basis of Design documents, and narratives for non-technical audience explaining engineering concepts to facilitate decision-makingChampion growth in target market sectorsOccasional domestic and international travel may be requiredQualifications:BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university8+ years of previous experience with process systems in the semiconductor, petrochemical, or bio/pharmaceutical industriesPE licensure or ability to obtain a PE in state of residence within 6 monthsFamiliarity with Revit, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe pipe stress software, Bluebeam a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office applications requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills#LI-EC1#LI-EC1#J-18808-Ljbffr
