RN Supervisor 3:00pm -11:00pm and Weekends 7:00am -7:00pmRN Supervisor Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00; Mon-Fri 3p-11:30p;Sat-Sun 7a-7pBasic functions of position:Registered nurses (RN) are primary health care professional working in collaboration with physicians to provide residents with care, education, and support.

They are responsible for assessing residents' health problems and needs, educating residents on their illness and condition, developing and implementing resident care plans, helping in rehabilitation, and providing emotional support to resident' families.

They also in charge of coordinating and assigning duties to other health care personnel, such as licensed practical nurses and nursing aides Primary functions of position:
Record and analyze patient medical histories, symptoms, and conditionsAdminister medications and treatmentsCreate patient care plans with the help of other healthcare professionalsDocument and communicate actions to maintain continuity among the nursing teamComply with procedures, regulations, and rules in maintaining medical recordsPerform diagnostic tests on patients to assess their conditionDiscuss treatment with physicians and pharmacistsPrepare patients for examinations and treatmentsTeach patients and their families about the treatment

Educational Requirements:
An Associate's degree from a community college, technical school, or vocational school. North Carolina certification as a Registered nurse.

Bachelor's degree in nursing
