The Position: We're looking for a Center/Sales Manager to help us grow in the Waukesha. The pay range we're offering is $47,500/yr base plus uncapped quarterly bonuses. We are looking to hire an exceptional leader who is passionate and a disciplined self-starter who can get kids excited about math.

Responsibilities:
Actively close sales with families expressing interest (40%)
Be the point of contact for all interested families
Provide tours of the center to give a feel for the "Mathnasium experience"
Provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships (40%)
Nurture the relationships with our families and students
Provide ongoing check-ins to ensure families are informed of progress
Manage an amazing team of instructors (20%)
Hire, train, and support a team of math instructors
Provide ongoing training opportunities

Requirements:
Exemplary leadership skills and desire to grow with the company
Affinity for sales, with a strong focus on building relationships
Knowledge in Elementary Mathematics
Four year degree is preferred
Ability to work from 12:00pm - 7:30pm (Monday - Thursday) and 9:30am - 2:00pm (Saturday) plus flexibility for attending community events from time to time throughout the year

Salary: $47, $60,000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
