    Description

    Role Overview: As a Senior Digital Designer, you will drive the design of digital products and services, conducting user research and collaborating cross-functionally.

    • Type: Contract, 12 months+
    • Hours per week: 40 hours
    • Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)

    Day in the Life:

    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform digital product design.
    • Develop user personas and use cases to guide product development.
    • Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve product design.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies within CPG industry.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and prototyping tools like Axure.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Well-presented portfolio demonstrating understanding of design principles and applicable website designs.
    • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and basic HTML/CSS.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
