- Utilize materials from nature in craft projects whenever possible.
- Provide age appropriate activities for all groups.
- Works with the Camp Director and other senior staff members in the coordination of camp activities, in particular, the arts and crafts program.
- Assist campers in demonstrating and coordinating arts and crafts program.
- Cognitive and communication abilities to plan and conduct the activity to achieve camper development objectives
- Contribute to the overall camp program in a positive manner and provide enough experiences for children through expression in arts and crafts.
- Respond to medical emergencies when necessary

- A Bachelors degree in education or equivalent related experience is desirable
- Must posses a demonstrated knowledge or experience working with arts and crafts with children
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid First-Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
