How you'll make an impact in this role

• Prepare precision-ready surgical environments by meticulously organizing sterile instruments and supplies to ensure every procedure begins without delay.

• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by delivering instruments with speed and accuracy, allowing the surgeon to maintain focus on the patient.

• Champion patient safety by rigorously tracking instrument counts and maintaining a sterile field to eliminate the risk of complications or infections.

• Support critical surgical maneuvers, including patient positioning and hemostasis, to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and procedural flow.

• Coordinate the seamless transition of patient care journeys through expert setup, transport, and draping techniques that prioritize patient dignity and comfort.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
