    Azazie, the trailblazer in direct-to-consumer fashion, is on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their passionate team.     Job Summary

    In the role of a Customer Service Representative at Azazie, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your main focus will be on addressing customer concerns and delivering solutions promptly and efficiently through various communication channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email by understanding their needs and providing necessary support.
    • Handle customer complaints with care and empathy, ensuring timely resolution within 24-48 hours.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, showing genuine interest and concern for their shopping experience.
    • Utilize various platforms to access information and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Maintain accuracy in recording customer details and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Meet and exceed performance goals to ensure customer service excellence.
    • Utilize software and tools effectively to enhance customer service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
    • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
    • Experience with CRM software like AI Intercom or Slack is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
    • Demonstrated mastery of customer service skills.
