The Child Life Specialist I delivers quality patient care utilizing basic clinical skills and knowledge for patients under the ages of 21.Qualifications
Four year degree: BS/BA in Child Development, Child Life or related field required- or higher.Child Development/Child Life or related field.
Child Life internship, course work related to development of children and effects of hospitalization, preparation and coping techniques for hospitalized children and bereavement education, continuing education is required.
