    The Manager, Infrastructure position is a critical leadership position within the IT organization focused on owning the run activities for all Global Server & Networking infrastructure and information security.

    Responsible for leading, growing, and supporting, we seek an experienced and highly dynamic leader to deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

    Leads a team of professionals and drives operational stability through continuous process improvement, proactive planning, trending and capacity management, monitoring, incident, and problem management.

    Plans prioritizes, translates, communicates, and implements the broader business strategy at the team level, defined by its organization leader, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and a growth mindset.

    The successful candidate will be strong technically, have a robust process background, and be able to
    drive towards a more efficient and effective team.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Lead, mentor, inspire, and develop technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

    Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including network, storage, operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

    Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiatives.
    Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
    Responding to security incidents and breaches. Collaborate to ensure timely identification, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
    Champion the adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen security posture.
    Oversee the identification, assessment, and prioritization of security vulnerabilities across our systems, networks, and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
    Define project roadmap in alignment with Global IT's long-term strategy.

    Coordinate the execution of IT initiatives as well as ensure consistent implementation of standards and guidelines across all sites, including Security & Compliance and Hardware Asset Management best practices.

    Develop and maintain relationships with site leadership teams to support their goals and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
    Draft and administer a Technology Disaster Recovery Plan.

    Lead the coordination, collaboration, and communications with key stakeholders related to IT issues and outages impacting production processes through resolution.

    Keep abreast of new technology in the industry and act as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to operations technology.


    TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES:


    Advanced working knowledge and experience working with IT infrastructure, email exchange servers, networking, firewall, VoIP, audio & video conference room setup, and SharePoint administration.

    Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 in a cloud environment.
    Experience building and optimizing IT and data infrastructure, architecture, and design.

    Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
    Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
    Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
    Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
    Experience in supporting IT infrastructure and end-user operations.
    Experience in implementing IT best practices.
    Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

    Windows Infrastructure and Domain Administration:
    DNS, DHCP, Account Management, Group Policy
    Cloud Technology Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS


    EXPERIENCE

    A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible IT experience, which must include at least six (6) years of IT infrastructure experience, in a combination of risk management, information security, and systems infrastructure troubleshooting.

    3+ years of leadership with direct people management.
    5+ years of Microsoft platform experience, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, M365, O365, and AZURE.
    Local Area Network (LAN) operations, including Fortinet firewalls, Cisco switches, routers, and access points.
    Windows operating systems (Servers / PCs) troubleshooting.
    In-depth experience with moving on-premise data center enterprise applications to the Cloud
    Highest-level troubleshooting specialist who can resolve issues under SLA times.

    Take over an incident call and look at the problem from an IT environment level, not just a system level.

    Leading a team to empower individuals to drive the goal of having a best-in-class Infrastructure and Security environment.
    Establish and execute a vision of proactive operational support processes and methods.
    Planning, Organizing, Executing and Setting Goals/Expectations.
    A proven track record of partnering across organizational boundaries to deliver business results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Manage the feedback loop to drive continuous process improvement.
    Strong documentation skills.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelors degree or above in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
    Network, infrastructure, and/or project management-related certifications are a plus.
