- Identify and pursue new business prospects (B2B)
- Supervise and monitor team performance and outcomes
- Train and mentor new team members on established systems
- Submit daily reports on field activities using Salesforce CRM
- Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement

is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team who is enthusiastic and driven. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers and leaders in our field.
The primary focus of this position is to support our existing base of 2,000 business clients while also cultivating relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks efficiently.
As you become proficient in our methods and processes, you will have the opportunity to progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).
Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional supervisory and leadership skills.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.·Adeptness at functioning effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure setting.·Passion for assisting individuals and building connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Interest in actively engaging with the community.·Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
