Description and Requirements

As a Retail Specialist at Acosta, you'll ensure Acosta's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers globally.

What will you do?

Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor.
Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need.
Front face products to ensure shelves look appealing.
Install and place promotional materials to make products stand out.
Build displays to showcase client products as required.
Answer questions within Acosta's field technology on your mobile device.
Take photos to demonstrate completed work.
Represent Acosta and clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
Collaborate with store management and associates.
Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

Owning your store(s) and being the face of Acosta while at Walmart.
Enjoy working independently as an Acosta representative.
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team.
Share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide.
Contact your manager for help when needed.
Complete work within the provided timeframe.
Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
Provide accurate data and photos as instructed.
Report your work promptly.
