This position is based in a higher education setting requiring collaboration with faculty staff and governance bodies to ensure compliance with academic accreditation standards occasional travel may be required for accreditation assessment activities this role assists with the development launch continuous improvement of non credit AI focused training programs under the direction of the Director of Workforce Development exceptional project management coordination skills are essential including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously tracking timelines aligning stakeholders ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule learning using new technologies platforms digital systems troubleshooting technical issues independently in a dynamic program setting coordinating partnerships outreach marketing operational oversight maintaining project timelines ensuring timely delivery of program milestones identifying troubleshooting resolving routine technical workflow issues collaborating internally when needed tracking reporting on KPIs such as enrollment growth partnership development.
