Job Summary
To provide outreach engagement and advocacy for homeless individuals and families who are referred into PCHO's housing programs.
Responsibilities
- Provides on-going case management and other supportive services to unsheltered households entering the program
- Maintains positive relationships with landlords troubleshooting any tenant issues providing direct advocacy as needed
