Lead Lab Courier - Rochester, NY

Job summary:
The Lead Lab Courier executes courier route assignments maintaining specimen integrity in conjunction with NYS Health Department Regulations.The Lead courier is responsible for handling incoming client calls while on the road and dispatching sample pickup requests to the appropriate couriers that are working.
The Lead Courier also works closely with the Patient Service and Lab Processing teams, to troubleshoot any issues that arise outside of regular business hours.
