    Job Descriptionlooking for second shift Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    Develop the best maintenance strategy for each equipment or device at extrusion area.

    Develop maintenance technician skills by training, coaching, and mentoring.

    Develop training matrix with the technical skills required by maintenance technicians' crew
    Supervise closely EHS performance of his work crew.

    Develop and perform the preventive maintenance routines needed to keep all extrusion equipment 100% availability.

    Develop and perform the predictive maintenance routines needed to keep all finishing equipment 100% availability.

    Develop and perform proactive maintenance routines to find out potential failures and feed the maintenance master plan (maintenance backlog).

    Coordinate external services with contactor companies for periodic preventive and predictive services and for equipment reparation services.

    Keep record of the maintenance failures and conduct root cause analysis of the top issues.

    Performed environment score card action plan.

    Work with storeroom to upload critical spare parts to inventory control.

    Improve automation projects to improve uptime, safety, quality, and cycle time of finishing equipment.

    Develop and perform restoration equipment program (upgrade, retrofits, modernization etc.)

    Develop TPM implementation, participate to develop autonomous maintenance routines, contamination source elimination, heard to reach areas elimination.

    Develop critical components identification codes system to keep tracking of reparation and preventive maintenance.
    ·
    Supervise the maintenance system functionality (work orders, repair and spare part inventory control, Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance execution, RCA etc.)
    ·
    Monitor maintenance performance key indicators (uptime, reliability, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance etc.)
    ·
    Industrial maintenance experience in the metal mechanic industry or similar.

    Good knowledge on hydraulic presses (high pressure)


    • Knowledge of gas Furnaces.
    • Knowledge at Cooling towers
    • Good knowledge on controllers (PLC, HMI, VFD, Temperature controllers)
    • Knowledge on automatic cranes.
    • Knowledge on combustion systems.
    • Knowledge on industrial blowers.
    • Knowledge on conveyor systems.
    • Good knowledge on mechanical systems (industrial level)
