    As a Senior Project Manager you will provide day-to-day management of complex, cross functional projects including risk management, stakeholder communications, and inter-dependencies between projects or programs.


    As a member of this team, you will develop project plans, manage project implementation, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects and overcome barriers.

    You will be responsible for networking across organizations to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment.


    This includes creating, monitoring, and providing ongoing communications to appropriate stakeholders while coaching and facilitating the effectiveness of a team by growing their capabilities to organize, manage, and make decisions.


    You will also identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns, as well as manage inter-dependencies or dependencies between projects or programs, in addition to managing project process documentation.


    You will be an excellent communicator, able to hold self and others accountable, and skilled at relationship building and conflict resolution within project and cross functional teams.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree Required


    OR Relevant experience in project management beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-1 ratio i.e.

    one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education.

    Minimum Work Experience:

    Seven (7) to Ten (10) plus years of project management, product design, or related experience.

    Certification:

    Project Management Professional Preferred.

    Skills/Knowledge:

    Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

    Functional Accountabilities

    :

    Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.


    Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
