    Description
    MAINTENACE SUPERVISORRESPONSIBILITY:
    • Maintain all equipment through preventative and proactive maintenance. With the intentions of keeping the equipment in good operating order and as close to factory condition as possible. With the exception of upgrades and improvements.
    • Capable of troubleshooting and maintaining the following:
      1. Hydraulic systems, motor controls, electric motors, conveyor systems, ASRS cranes, low voltage
      2. control systems such as PLC hardware, sensors, IO modules.
      3. Foam manufacturing, Robot and PLC experience is a plus.
    • Work as a team to properly resolve failures and open issues, in a timely manner.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Strong problem-solving skills such as 8D and 5 Whys
    • Excellent communication and team skills, and have the ability to work with other departments and outside resources.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
    • Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance. Such as fabricating guards, hand tools, some furniture assembly, hanging operator fans. Complies with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements.
    • Assists with the training and development of new maintenance techs.
    • Displays a positive attitude towards safety, works safely, follows all company policies, and reports all unsafe and unhealthy conditions.
    • Reports all accidents and injuries immediately.
    • Complies with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
    • Maintain daily inspections and reports on relevant equipment.
    • Maintain documentation for maintenance equipment and systems. Such as completing PM records, documenting daily work activities and downtime tracking.
    • Preform other duties assigned by the maintenance leadership or other leaders within the facility.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    • Requires High School education or equivalent.
    • Requires Industrial Electrician Certificate or equivalent education plus 2 years of work experience. Must have a minimum of four years' experience in industrial maintenance without Certificate or Degree.
    • This position requires the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, inspect and repair all plant equipment and systems that are used to manufacture finished goods, as well as the facility.
