Sycamore Reserve, a 5-star Senior Living Community, is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team. The schedule entails 32 hours per week, from Thursday to Saturday, 12am-8am.

The Night Concierge will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and support to our residents during overnight hours. This role demands outstanding communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the capability to manage emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Attend to pager alerts and monitor cameras and ring alerts.

Respond promptly to emergency situations and liaise with appropriate authorities if necessary.

Address residents' requests or concerns throughout the night.

Maintain precise records and logs of all activities and incidents occurring during the shift.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundering, ironing kitchen linens, cleaning dining room tables, organizing rooms, vacuuming designated areas, restocking drinks/snacks, and managing trash cans across all floors. Additionally, ensure the bistro is stocked and fireplace/TVs are turned off.

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas throughout the night.

Provide assistance to residents with mobility challenges as required.

Undertake early morning duties such as brewing coffee, removing regular coffee, and turning on the TV.

Collaborate with daytime staff to relay pertinent information or updates.
