    TN DHS Statewide Dolly Parton Imagination Library Enrollment

    Responsibilities:
    Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Early Language and Literacy and Inclusion, the Books From Birth Enrollment Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
    Download secure DPIL enrollment list from DHS for Child Care Certificate Program/ Families 1st participants.
    Enter DHS new enrollments into Book Order System (BOS) database.
    Enter physical brochures with "DHS" code on them in BOS.
    Enter Wufoo enrollments prior to the month BOS upload.
    Determine duplicates, research, and resolve and national change of address (NCOA) flags.
    Communicate with DHS on any change of address research for NCOA flags.
    Download monthly child list at the end of every month before the monthly BOS upload.
    Determine split of new enrollments by year of birth: Infant/Toddler (0-3) and Preschool (4-5).
    Complete and upload files for DHS tracking by county.
    Compile DHS child list data by county and submit to DHS.
    Create a monthly report for DHS.
    Create pivot table by zip code to share enrollment totals with five (5) largest DPIL affiliates.
    Enter DPIL enrollments for Hamilton County.
    Data entry for LENA project.
    Initiate and cultivate an inclusive work environment.
    Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and negotiating skills with and between individual and diverse groups of people from all socioeconomic backgrounds, including coworkers and community partners.

    Qualifications:
    Associate degree or higher in Early Education, Family and Child Studies, Business, Human Services, non-profit management or related field.
    Three years of administrative experience is required.
    Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
    Requires strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
    Must possess excellent people skills and be able to hold confidential information.
    Physical examination and record of negative TB test results must be on file with Signal Centers.
    Dependable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance required.
    Must be able to work from a remote home environment within the state of TN.
