    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with cardiac conditions.

    Your role will involve monitoring vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


    Responsibilities:

    • Perform venipuncture and administer medications as prescribed
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify any abnormalities or changes in patient condition
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment
    • Provide acute care for patients experiencing cardiac events or complications
    • Assist with triage and prioritize patient needs based on severity of condition
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their cardiac health
    • Administer treatments, perform wound care, and manage pain as necessary
    • Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including hospice palliative medicine, behavioral health, and infant care
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [state]
    • Minimum of [number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a telemetry or cardiac unit
    • Proficient in performing venipuncture and administering medications
    • Strong knowledge of cardiac conditions, treatments, and interventions
    • Experience working in acute care settings, such as hospitals or nursing homes
