- Perform venipuncture and administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify any abnormalities or changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment
- Provide acute care for patients experiencing cardiac events or complications
- Assist with triage and prioritize patient needs based on severity of condition
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their cardiac health
- Administer treatments, perform wound care, and manage pain as necessary
- Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including hospice palliative medicine, behavioral health, and infant care
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [state]
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a telemetry or cardiac unit
- Proficient in performing venipuncture and administering medications
