    We invite you to join us as a Membership Sales & Client Experience Team Member, where you will connect with our clients at our classes, onboard new members, and post to our social media accounts during class observation.

    The Gig

    We are seeking a confident, persuasive individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. You will thrive on forming meaningful relationships with everyone you meet, while maintaining exceptional communication skills. If you are fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence, this role may be perfect for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Connect with clients at our classes to understand their needs and preferences
    * Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership benefits
    * Post to our social media accounts during class observation

    Hours, Compensation, Location

    We are looking for you to host 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. As a Dance Membership Sales Representative, you will earn $20 per class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes. Reliable transportation to class locations is required.

    Requirements

    * Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
