    Compensation:
    Base rate + shift differential

    Incentives:
    $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 education assistance (for recent graduates), Tuition Reimbursement - $5,000 for full-time and $3,000 for part-time.

    Nurse Residency program available for New Graduates.

    This role REQUIRES a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

    Responsibilities:


    St Elizabeth is a Level III high-risk facility with 11 LDR's + 2 OB ED Beds, 2 OR's, 23 Postpartum rooms, and a 27-bed Level III NICU.

    Our team comprises OB/GYN, Family Practice, and Nurse Midwives. The facility provides resources to OB Hospitalists, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and Neonatology experts, with 24/7 anesthesiology access. Additionally, neonatal transport services are offered.


    As a Registered Nurse, your main duty is to provide high-quality patient care based on each patient's specific physician's orders.

    This involves using your expertise to educate patients and their families on preventive measures and healthy practices.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Monitoring patients' conditions and evaluating their requirements
    • Collaborating with medical professionals to create personalized care plans
    • Managing patients' medications and delivering treatments based on physicians' directives
    • Establishing a caring and supportive environment for patients and their families
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements


    We are seeking a caring and responsible Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical abilities, a compassionate demeanor, and the capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to educate patients and families effectively on healthcare procedures, are crucial.


    Additional requirements:

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license permitting practice in the state
    • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory
    • Specialty certification is a plus
    • Certain specialty areas may require additional certification or licensure upon hiring
