    Job DescriptionProgram ManagerKey Personnel is seeking candidates for a Program Manager opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role will establish and maintain the project timing plan for the successful implementation of new programs in the Tulsa, Oklahoma manufacturing facility. Pay Rate: $67.52/hr12 month contract assignmentProgram Manager Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct frequent Program Level project status reviews, highlighting risks, and evaluating help required
    2. Coordinate technical Reviews to obtain signoffs for process changes (PAFs, pre-PAFs, Etc).
    3. Maintain Capital/expense budget estimates, spend tracking, and contract management, reporting and tracking of vendors
    4. Facilitate impact analysis to quantify any changes to baseline cost, timing and deliverables
    5. Maintain meetings with staff to provide weekly feedback on status of timing and budget
    6. Ensure overall Project Alignment across workstreams
    7. Coordinate meeting architecture among various functional groups to optimize communication, analysis, and decision-making to support program deliverables (timing, budget, etc.)
    Program Manager Desired Skills:
    • Experience with documenting, tracking and executing large projects
    • Engineering degree preferred
    • Experience & comfort presenting with data
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Software Suite
    • Experience in automotive or similar industry
    Program Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience and 1 year lead experience or Master's degree and at least 6 years of experience and 1 year lead experience. *Safety Sensitive Role
