    We're seeking an ambitious Associate Product Manager to join our team. This entry-level role offers a high degree of independence, inviting you to take initiative and ownership of product features.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the Product Manager in shaping the strategy and objectives for the Cobalt Portfolio Monitoring platform.
    • Assume responsibility for specific elements of the product development cycle, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
    • Generate innovative product concepts, supported by market research and client interactions, to continually refine our offerings.
    • Work with clients and stakeholders to grasp their needs, translating insights into tangible product enhancements.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product goals, driving feature implementation with precision and clarity.
    • Engage in agile planning sessions and facilitate communication between technical teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to product delivery.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, honing your client-facing communication skills and collecting essential feedback.
    • Contribute to product documentation and knowledge sharing within the team, leveraging tools like Confluence.
    • Leverage user analytics tools, such as Heap, to drive data-informed decisions that shape the future direction of the platform.
    • Perform detailed competitive analyses and remain current with industry trends, advocating for best-in-class product experiences.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree - STEM, finance, economics, or another relevant field helpful but not required.
    • 2-4 years' relevant experience.
    • Possesses a product mindset-starts from problems, goals, and needs, and then experiments to uncover the best solution.
    • Strong user interview and data collection skills; Adept at leveraging a range of tools and methods and inferring insights from data.
    • Strong understanding of competitors and end-markets informs product strategy.
    • Capable of inspiring a cross-functional team to deliver on the product strategy and vision. Ability to align and influence engineering, design, product marketing, and other stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated autonomy and impact in previous roles.
