- Collaborate with licensed SLPs to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Conduct screenings and progress monitoring to assess student needs and measure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting student communication goals.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active California SLPA License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an SLPA, preferably in a school setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel independently throughout Yuba County.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive and energetic demeanor with a passion for helping students succeed.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and provide vital communication services to students throughout Yuba County, CA. This is a school-year contract position lasting from August 14th, 2024 to June 6th, 2025.
