Role Overview

The Repair Technician (Guitar) role involves providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and store inventory.

• Critical Skills: Provide excellent customer service, remain approachable and knowledgeable, and demonstrate a passion for helping customers achieve their musical goals.
• Initiative: Identify opportunities and issues, take proactive steps to address them, and continuously learn and improve skills, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Selling and Training: Develop a strong understanding of Guitar Center products and sales methods through our certification program and effectively communicate information to learners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Deliver high-quality repairs on customer-owned instruments.
• Maintain store-owned equipment as needed.
• Complete warranty repair work efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
