    We at The Birches at Concord are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team As a Licensed Nursing Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.


    LNA Duties & Responsibilities:
    Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
    Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
    Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
    Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
    Other duties as needed.

    LNA Requirements:
    Valid LNA license required.
    Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
    Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
    Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
