    Job Description:


    We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling medical, industrial, specialty gases, welding equipment, and hard goods and tools to customers.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Sell industrial gases, welding equipment, power, and hand tools to customers

    • Stock inventory and maintain showroom displays

    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers

    • Provide support for the field sales representative

    • Operate the cash register, enter sales data into the computer, and research information for customers using the computer system



    Requirements:



    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Two-year degree preferred

    • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and/or sales experience

    • Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking, writing, and reading) preferred

    • Knowledge of welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales preferred

    • Adequate computer skills

    • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

    • Lives by Airgas safety programs, OSHA, and all related rules, regulations, procedures that apply to this position's responsibilities
