    Location: Novi, MI (Hybrid Position)
    Salary: $100,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

    Role Summary:
    As a Key Account Manager, you will split your focus equally between nurturing existing accounts and driving new business initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing detailed account plans, fostering long-term client relationships, and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities to contribute to the company's rapid growth trajectory.

    Essential Duties:

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the automotive supply chain.
    • Manage both the operational and strategic aspects of customer accounts.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance profitability.
    • Collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations teams to develop innovative solutions and quotes.
    • Ensure compliance with all customer requirements and manage commercial issues efficiently.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business.
    • Experience of mechanisms, mechatronics, control cables or seating systems.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with automotive seating Tier-1 suppliers or equivalent.
    • Strong understanding of engineering product sales, including pricing strategies and customer management.
    • Proven record of achieving revenue growth and profitability in a similar role.
