    Description

    Position Summary:

    Under direct supervision of the Program Coordinator for the RETURN Community Re-entry Program, provides administrative, logistical, and clinical support for RETURN Staff. Also provides supervision and clinical treatment (assists with groups and/or individual sessions) to clients in the program.

    Essential Functions:

    Provides clinical supervision and support to clients recovering from brain injury (Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, etc), working one-on-one with clients as needed and occasionally leading group activities that address cognition, memory, and pragmatic skills. Will supervise clients navigating to their therapy locations, over their lunch hour, and during participation in community re-entry activities.

    Assists with daily logistical needs related to client scheduling, sign-in sheets, documentation sheets for RETURN staff, scanning documentation into the medical record, and oversight/scheduling for the SRC transport van. Responsible for general cleanliness and disinfection (wipe down table/counter surfaces) of the RETURN treatment area. Re-order and restock office supplies, kitchen supplies, and basic medical/cleaning supplies such as masks, gloves, and disinfectant wipes.

    Requirements:

    AA degree or student in a health-related field recommended but not required. At least one-year experience in a health-related environment preferred. Ability to work with a variety of software platforms and/or applications. Familiarity with MS Office products such as Word and Excel.
