    Are you a skilled press brake operator looking for a new opportunity? Join our team in Coon Rapids, MN, and become part of a stable shop with long-term customers.

    Location:
    Coon Rapids, MN Hours: 6 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $22 - $32/hour Benefits of the press brake operator: Union positionRoom for advancementInternal postings for all factory positionsHealth, Dental, Vision, Disability, Critical Illness InsuranceStable shop with long-term customersScheduled raises3 weeks Paid Time Off in the first yearPaid Holidays401K with a company match and a 4% employer contribution Duties of the press brake operator: Complete understanding (beyond basic) of all machine functions and operationsPrepare required in-process approval forms, instruct operators on usage, and conduct proper auditsAbility to make adjustments to all programs and machines to maintain tolerance without supervisionManage blueprint reading; understand print views and identify tolerancesComplete First Article inspectionsPrepare and install custom tooling; able to set up multiple die sets and shim the tools properly Requirements of the press brake operator: Basic knowledge of MathematicsSteel Toe BootsAdditional information Apply today To learn more about this machine operator / sheet metal fabricator position, contact Zach at
