Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at Bangor International Airport.

This is a Temporary/Seasonal position with various schedules available. We offer a maximum of 150 days of employment from May 1 to October 31.

Schedules:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Pay and Benefits

$19.00 - $29.00 per hour, with base pay at $19.00/hour and potential commission bonuses ($300 - $2000/month).

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service by offering company-approved services and products, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers professionally and efficiently
Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and other services
Offer additional assistance with directions, maps, local information, and service details
Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls as assigned
Assess rental conditions upon return and notify management of any issues

Qualifications

We require:

18 years old or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of customer service experience
Availability to work night shifts
A valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
