Agilebeat, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer on a full time, permanent basis. This opportunity must be performed onsite in Arlington, VA and requires an active Top Secret clearance (minimum). Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph clearance highly desired. Location: Springfield, VA

Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with a team of researchers and IT professionals, implementing custom solutions and resolving technical issues to support a next-generation analytics capability. The capability is built on cutting-edge technology, which has sparked a flurry of research efforts covering computer science, computational geometry, statistics, differential privacy, and system architecture. Your work will have high visibility with the Customer, and you will be part of a team actively working on maturing and operationalizing the capability.

Additionally, you will be at the forefront of developing and enforcing security protocols for secure, multi-party user capabilities across various domain classifications. You will work with multiple stakeholders to collect functional and non-functional requirements. These users are across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD), including mission analysts and data owners, various Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) and COTS developers, and consumers and owners of the mission data. You will create and update the documentation to include post-installation documentation packages, installation guides, configuration guides, user guides, test plans and procedures, technical reports, and presentation materials.

You will be part of a team that develops platform as a service (PaaS) offerings on top of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), focusing on streamlining the deployment process. As capabilities are implemented in a production environment, you will contribute to the extended monitoring and sustainment phases and process improvement.

Qualifications:

Top Secret clearance required. Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph clearances are highly desired.
degree required, preferably in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science required. Masters or Ph.D. degrees nice to have.
years of experience as an IT Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, including type and complexity.
with RHEL and CENTOS Operating systems.
with automating administration task using Ansible, Terraform
installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, Solr, OpenSearch, Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Airflow, NiFi
to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot.
