- Involved with all aspects regarding the offensive side of the program, with a specialization towards the Offensive Line positions on the team.
- Recruiting; mentorship of players, focus on retention and development of upperclassmen
- Practice planning
- Equipment purchase/inventory
- Share responsibility with the Head Coach in establishment/enforcement of team rules, community service efforts, etc.
- May need to represent the Head Coach at meetings
- Adheres to University, NACC Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations while supporting the core values of intercollegiate athletics at CUC

This position reports directly to the Head Football Coach and Director of Athletics and is located in River Forest, IL.

Skill Sets:
Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years of coaching experience with the offensive line positions; preference to candidates with 3-5 years of successful coordinating experience on offensive side of the ball.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
