    Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for Assistant Football Coach; Offensive Line.


    This position reports directly to the Head Football Coach and Director of Athletics and is located in River Forest, IL.


    Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Involved with all aspects regarding the offensive side of the program, with a specialization towards the Offensive Line positions on the team.
    • Recruiting; mentorship of players, focus on retention and development of upperclassmen
    • Practice planning
    • Equipment purchase/inventory
    • Share responsibility with the Head Coach in establishment/enforcement of team rules, community service efforts, etc.
    • May need to represent the Head Coach at meetings
    • Adheres to University, NACC Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations while supporting the core values of intercollegiate athletics at CUC
    • Candidates must support and be committed to the mission and identity of Concordia University Chicago, a university of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS).

    Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years of coaching experience with the offensive line positions; preference to candidates with 3-5 years of successful coordinating experience on offensive side of the ball.


    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred


    Compensation and Benefits:
    Starting range is dependent upon individual qualifications and experience.
