Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 116-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, outdoor courtyard and playground.     Full Time Sign-On Bonus $15K

    The Registered Nurse (RN), under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, provides physical assessments of residents, implements resident's treatment plan, evaluates response to treatment, provides complete documentation, performs physical restraint assessments, administers medications as prescribed and provides health care education for residents and families. The RN supervises the daily duties of the Mental Health Techs and LPN staff, and assures that all residents are maintained in a safe environment. Performs duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

Qualifications
    • Required Valid Oklahoma RN license
    • CPR certification preferred
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
    • BSN or Master's degree preferred
    • Minimum of one (1) year psychiatric experience in mental health nursing preferred
    • Evening/Night Shift 7pm-7:30am , FT 36 hours a week

    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Successfully complete a drug test
    • Successfully pass a national background check
    • Physical agility to manage patients
    • Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds.

    • Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior
