    This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Florida.

    In this role, the incumbent will have a primary clinical assignment but will also develop, conduct, and participate in clinical trials and other collaborative research involving patients with hematologic malignancies, blood and marrow transplantation, and cellular immunotherapy.

    The Hematologic Malignancy/BMT/Cell Therapy group at the University of Florida is a charter Core Center of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Clinical Trials Network for 20 years, has been FACT-accredited since 2000, is one of 12 centers in the LLS Beat AML consortium, and has had consistent growth in patient volumes, while achieving superior outcomes.

    Our group conducts a number of investigator-initiated clinical trials and first in human trials of BMT with dendritic cell vaccines manufactured in our Cancer Center GMP facility.

    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
    Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
    Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice medicine in the state of Florida
    Training and some experience in developing investigator-initiated clinical trials and interacting with laboratory scientists for translational research
