Job Description:
DJC is seeking staff augmentation of a seasoned

IT Project Manager

who has skilled expertise in achieving results coordinating, gathering, documenting, driving, status updating and communicating project progress on all deliverables and related relevant work being performed by a cross functional team of both contracted and state staff.

This is the expert-level project manager for a large IT modernization project.

This project requires the incumbent be an expert in project management, including the planning, development, implementation, and taking action on critical items in a large, complex projects.

Incumbents must coordinate across several groups and will provide recommendations and direction to a large and diverse project team in the final phase of the IJOS 2.0 modernization project.

They will be responsible for the achievement of project goals, work plans, timelines, and results driven strategies.

They are responsible for identifying critical path decision-making issues, coordinating amongst key stakeholders, contributing to a culture of focused team engagement and support in prioritizing and pushing toward the ultimate objective, an IJOS 2.0 Go-Live event, and providing critical post go-live customer support.

This role will be required to sustain stakeholder and/or community support, feedback and communication with project team members, and project partners and summarize and escalate to IDJC leaders for decision making on critical issues.

This position will drive results for the final phase of this project, some duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

o Updating, maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of

Feature Delivery/Testing/Acceptance/Migration Tracking

Issue/Bug-Fix Status & Resolution Tracker

o Engage with technical staff to gather, document, centralize and communicate to project staff, leadership and other stakeholders & customers o Triage & Attend Progress Update Meetings o Develop Customer Communications, Quarterly Newsletter etc.

o Development of a cohesive documentation framework for knowledge transfer:

Develop Training Documentation / User Manual Development based on training videos

Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent:
10 years (Preferred)

SQL, SSRS, API's, DevOps, Git Version Control, Angular: 1 year (Preferred)

IT System Development Project Management:
5 years (Preferred)

coordinating large IT system modernization projects: 5 years (Preferred)

achieve results across multi-functional project: 8 years (Preferred)

preparing and presenting oral presentations to groups: 5 years (Preferred)

manage high volume of details from a multi-functional team: 5 years (Preferred)

monitor, track, communicate status of critical informatio: 8 years (Preferred)

Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal): 3 years (Preferred)
