- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives, projects, and customer facing collateral.
- Manage the design, selection, and procurement of promotional materials.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing events including event budgeting, signage, communications, and promotional materials.
- Design and administer email and social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and align with internal and vendor marketing standards.
- Conduct market research and social media trends and analyze campaign performance. Adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
- Five to ten years' experience required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Must possess strong ability to approach problem solving creatively and analytically.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and data analytics tools. Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, and Social Media Content experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Event planning and project management experience required.
- Able to travel to execute events.
- Routinely sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry objects and materials weighing up to 20 lbs.

FORSHAW has an immediate need for an individual to join our team as a Marketing & Event Specialist.This position will be responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives to bolster our brand's presence and achieve our strategic objectives.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this position will be based out of our corporate office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
