Job summary
We are looking for a highly structured operator to build our complete supplier pricing system inside Excel (hosted on SharePoint). This system will serve as the foundation for our AI-powered quotation automation tool. The goal is to create a master pricing database that allows us to instantly reconstruct, calculate and backtrack any quote — including custom-made products.This is not a simple data-entry task. You will speak with suppliers and internal team members to gather accurate information, define pricing logic and structure everything into a scalable system. Our suppliers are international (not only Chinese).
You will create a scalable Excel structure organize supplier-level data organize product-level data include sample costs include MOQ structures include logical pricing tiers include shipping logic include currency logic include version/date tracking include margin logic.
