    Job Description:
    Epiq is seeking a Compensation Analyst to help support and enhance processes across Epiq's global footprint. This key compensation team member will be responsible for supporting the annual compensation processes while partnering with local HR partners and the Director of

    Compensation. This

    is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that will challenge and develop the right

    role will provide compensation analytical support by assisting in the design, development, implementation and administration of Epiq's compensation policies and

    procedures. This


    role will also have the opportunity to assist in the development of special studies and recommendations on a variety of compensation projects, programs, and policies.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
    Participates in salary surveys, interprets salary data and perform analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace.

    Assists in the administrative processes related to the creation of job codes, salary ranges, and preparing supporting compensation materials as requested.

    Assists in the planning, coordination, administration, and reporting of the annual merit process.

    Assists in annual market job pricing studies to validate and make recommendations for changes to existing structures, geographic pay differentials, etc.

    Conducts analysis of job descriptions, base salaries, to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance of pay practices
    Researches current compensation market practices and makes recommendations as needed. Researches and monitors FLSA compliance.
    Provides analysis of compensation for specific employee groups and may make recommendations for adjustments.

    Be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
    Basic Job Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in relevant area and 2 years of relevant experience
    Must be able to think and problem-solve in a creative, solution-oriented way.
    Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
    Preferred Qualifications
    Requires analytical skills in order to perform analyses and provide internal recommendations regarding compensation programs and practices.
    Strong written and verbal skills.
