Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant is in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in proximity to Harrisburg, NC. This role is based in a school setting, and the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with students to enhance their speech and language skills. The position spans the entire upcoming school year.

Position Details:

Full-time
Entire upcoming school year
Multiple openings with varying caseloads

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to pinpoint students' strengths and areas for improvement in speech and language
Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and objectives
Preference for school-based or pediatric experience, though not mandatory
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for each student
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on the latest therapy techniques and best practices

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active State Speech-Language Pathology License
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is desirable
Experience with various treatment approaches and modalities, including AAC, PROMPT, and social communication interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents
Ability to uphold accurate and organized records, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
