Our company is seeking a highly motivated , highly organized individual that can assist either part time or full time for the following :

1. Maintain , organize and grow bill to accounts
2. Maintain, organize and grow insurance customers
3. Maintain and grow on line reviews
4. Process payments as needed .
5. Assist Office Manager in growing commercial business clients
6. Assist in picking up calls and scheduling customers
7. Manage collections

Applicant MUST :

1. Be punctual to work
2. Not have an attendence issue
3. Have an extremely positive personality
4. Have a great, empathetic and professional sounding phone voice
5. Be able to multi - task
6. Be able to follow up with clients without being prompted
7. Be able to stay focused in completing daily tasks
8. Be able to build relations with customers through communication
9. Be able to communicate any and all concerns with your supervisor without hesitation
