Job summary
We're looking for a sharp, client-savvy Field Support Technician to join our growing MSP team. You'll be the tech hero our NYC-area clients see face-to-face, solving everything from "my printer won't work" to complex network issues while maintaining the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that keeps their businesses running smoothly.Qualifications
You'll need- 2+ years of IT support experience (bonus points for MSP background)
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain tech stuff to non-tech people without the condescension
