We are searching for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing excellence by remaining compliant to the registration body and customer standards.

Responsibilities:
Refine and maintain the company Quality System to ensure registration with proper registration bodies and make this system easy to understand/execute
Manage ISO, IATF, VDA, and customer audits
Lead and train colleagues in internal audits
Lead organization on continuous improvement of Quality metrics
Understand customer's requirements and constantly review areas of improvement

Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, IATF, VDA)
Up to 10% travel
