Insight Global is searching for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead a sales team based in the Charleston WV market for one of our telecommunications clients. The Sales Director will be responsible for monthly new revenue generation through successful management of a team. The Sales Director will have an understanding of Fiber access and transport, voice, local, long distance, MPLS, private line, broadband, high speed internet, VoIP, video, network management, managed network services, security solutions (i.e. firewall, SEIM, etc.), and cloud solutions (i.e. DRaaS, BaaS, IaaS, etc.)

Must Haves:

• Prior management experience
• 2+ years' sales experience - preferably in outside sales with telecommunications experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop others in a culture of growth and performance.

*Candidates must reside within the Charleston, WV area as this is not a remote opportunity.
